Pandemics have been a part of human existence throughout history, and the last three years have reminded us of their devastating impacts. In this team-taught, multidisciplinary course, students will learn the biological bases of pandemics, approaches for intervention and management, and the challenging legal, ethical, and political aspects that surround pandemics management. Lectures will be delivered by experts in the fields of biology, law, bioethics, data sciences, public health, medicine and public policy.
